Release rules

Prose is released only after generation is complete, deterministic validation passes, output moderation passes, persistence succeeds, and payment or credit accounting is finalized. A truncated, incomplete, timed-out, moderated, or provider-failed result is not charged. Meaning preservation and style quality are model obligations and part of Writer Style evaluation; they are not automated per-request scoring or refund gates.
